Parker’s Pavilion is all about sharing. A vibrant fusion of Southeast Asian, Korean and Japanese small tasty bites designed to be shared over a couple of drinks with your friends and family.

Our head chef Billy was born with great food at his doorstep in Sriracha (made famous by the hot sauce). Food quickly became his passion and he has dedicated his culinary career to showing Australians what true Southeast Asian cuisine is.
